The BBC reports that the Nintendo Wii is outselling the Sony PS3 by six to one (in Japan), and as of last Saturday, I am the proud owner of this bestselling console. Is a Wii Fitness age of 32 good or bad for a 22 year old?
PS. This is my 400th post since the blog launched! I really should get one of those life things everyone keeps talking about.

I think that's a pretty good fitness age. Mine at my second attempt was 80. I'm 26 IRL.
(I did get it down to 46 yesterday though...)
Right - now you need to buy Wario Ware, Raymans Raving Rabbids and Resident Evil 4. Oh and of course Zelda Twilight Princess.
Then you will have achieved pure Wii Zen.
Oh and out of pure random boredom I did some research on this a while back and they estimate you burn 35 calories for every 15 minutes of Wii Sports. Although obviously that's as long as you're doing it properly. Sitting down is cheating!
I'll be fit in no time*!
Cheers for the game suggestions - I've already got my eye on Zelda (because, let's face it, the franchise is legendary) and Wario Ware I'm interested in too but I'm not really a Res Evil kinda guy.
* Sitting down whilst playing the Wii is just no fun at all!
