Muhammad

South Park's broadcaster, Comedy Central, last night refused to show a scene depicting Muhammad, the Islamic prophet, in an episode which satirised the controversy created by a Danish newspaper's publishing of caricatures of Muhammad. Comedy Central did, however, allow South Park to show "an image of Jesus Christ* defecating on President Bush and the American flag" in the same episode.
